Ordering

You may order by selecting from the titles in our on-line shop then paying via PayPal using a debit card or credit card (you do not need to have a PayPal account).

If you would prefer, you can download an order form and post to our Sales Officer. Please note that we can only accept cheques which are in pounds Sterling drawn on a UK bank.

Delivery Times

Please allow 7 – 10 days for delivery. However, for orders including facsimile publications 28 days should be allowed as some can be temporarily out-of-stock for short periods. Overseas delivery may take longer, depending on the shipment method selected.

Shipping Charges

Shop prices include the cost of shipping to a UK address. Shipping charges to destinations outside the UK will be shown in the checkout for orders up to 5Kg in weight and for a range of shipping methods.

If the total order weight exceeds 5Kg and the delivery address is outside the UK then the checkout will show “There are no shipping options available”. In this case, customers should contact the Sales Officer, stating the publications required, so that the total cost can be advised and method of payment agreed before an order is placed.

eBooks

An electronic book, also known as an eBook, is a book publication made available in digital form only.

eBooks in the NERA shop have the word “eBook” next to the price and are delivered as PDF documents. Programs to read PDF documents are available free of charge for most computers, smartphones and tablets.

If you place an order which includes an eBook, the “order received” web page presented immediately after payment will contain a purple button. Clicking the button will download the PDF document. Your “order complete” email will also contain a download link. This email is sent immediately if your order contains only eBooks but will be delayed if your order contains physical products. The eBook will be licensed for your use only and will contain your name and email address. You will not receive a physical copy of the eBook. You cannot print the eBook.

If you type several words then each product returned by the search should contain all words in their description, but in no particular order. If you want to search for an exact phrase then enclose your phrase in “double quotes”.
