NER Goods Engine Working, Northern Division, July 1915

Description

This facsimile publication reproduces the goods engine rosters for all engine sheds on the NER’s Northern Division from Ferryhill and Hartlepool in the south to Tweedmouth on the Scottish border. For every shed each scheduled engine working is laid out giving the arrival and departure times from the shed and at each point where a particular working tenninates. Hours of working are given for the enginemen and guard including details of where relieved. Details are also given for any particular traffic conveyed including any’road vans’.
