You can enable a live transcript (subtitles) while watching and listening to anything via a Chrome Browser. The technology is limited and sometimes amusing but has been found to help those who have difficulty hearing.
- Open Chrome and click the three dots at the top right as shown below. From the context menu which appears, click Settings.
- From the panel on the left, click Accessibility.
- Click the first slider called Live Caption to turn it on.
